Easter Pictures

My cute friend, Morgan Dewey and I took our little girls out to the orchard to take their Easter pictures. We set up a fake tea party for them and just let them have at it. I absolutely adore how they turned out.

The dress was mine that I wore for my two year old pictures. I love that I was able to get pictures of her wearing it as well. Here's me at her age...she has considerably more hair, can you imagine?

Happy Birthday To Me!

Casey brought me Cravings french toast, a Diet Coke, and Peeps for my birthday breakfast. Am I the luckiest wife or what?!

Pure Cuteness!

Yabba Dabba Dooooo

We were lucky enough to move just a couple blocks away from the local elementary school. So the playground is within walking distance. Jenna is having a blast. Her all time favorite are the swings. She's so not interested in the slide right now, or anything else for that matter. It's swings or nothing. So here we are swinging, just swinging. Casey doesn't seem to mind the never ending pushing and he has a little game they do, that's been passed down for generations. His maternal grandpa used to push him on the swings and they would crank back the swing and say "Yabba, dabba" and on "Do" release! She gets really high sometimes and is in total heaven! Just look at the grin. They're pretty cute together.

Some Serious Bragging About to Happen

Jenna and I took a trip to San Diego for my brother, Scoot's girl's birthday party. Scoot and Jen planned this darling Minnie Mouse party for their girls first and second birthdays. It was so fun, and I must say, I have the cutest nieces and nephew...and I have the photos to prove it.

Our attempt at a family photo with my siblings and their children....just impossible

Happy birthday, Ashtyn & Shiloh! {P.S. Do you like the banner I made?}
Ready yourself for a parade of cuteness:

Shiloh, 2

Ashtyn, 1

Chloe, 3
Cooper, 2

Jenna, 2

Kylie, 7

I made some subway art for the party and and Jen blew them up crazy big so that it was you saw first thing when you walk in to the house.

How cute are the balloons and table cloth draping from the ceiling?

The next day we went with the Quarders to a fund raiser for my friend, Cindy Bagaso Farmer's son, who I have know since I was 3. Nathan, who is 13 years old, needed to go Mott's Children's Hospital in Michigan for another vascular surgery on February 16th, just 4 months after his last surfer. Nathan has a difficult time controlling his blood pressure, and the doctors have determined he has a narrowing of his aorta artery.

Nathan has already endured several surgeries including kidney removal, aorta to aorta by-pass, renal artery, kidney reimplementation, and several others. The fund raiser helped with the cost of travel expenses as his last surgery kept them in Michigan for over 6 weeks. If you feel like donating to the cause, an account has been set up at Chase Bank. Please feel free to contact me for account information.

Cindy, Nathan, and Jimmy were already in Michigan, but we did get a little time with Cindy's mom, which was so fun! They had face painting, a raffle, a silent auction and delicious food, along with a bunch of activities for older kids. So we ended up playing at the local playground.
On our last day in town, we joined Jen and the girls and fabulous little pub in South Park that has a great little play area for the kids and they had so much fun together. Jenna and Shiloh are so cute together and it was great to get a little one on one time with Jen.

Cuties.

I thought I would include one picture of her royal cuteness sleeping.
With some final good-bye loves from cute, cute Chloe and Cooper, we were off. It was a great trip and once again Sara and Chris were fabulous hosts. Thank you for always being so good to us, sister!
